🍜 Hakata Offal Hotpot Yamanaka Main Store

📝 Introduction

Founded in 1984, this renowned restaurant promotes the "Miso Flavor" Hakata Offal Hot Pot.

📖 Details

Founded in 1984, this is a representative Hakata offal hot pot restaurant. The main store is built in a traditional warehouse, decorated with antique and modern furniture, creating a rustic atmosphere. Relax in the elegant and classic space while enjoying the restaurant's pride, the beef offal hot pot. The "Miso flavor," which has been refined through numerous attempts, quickly gained popularity due to its innovative taste, overturning the image of offal hot pot that was originally based on soy sauce as the standard flavor. The broth is made from a blend of various Kyushu misos, delicately highlighting the taste of carefully selected fresh Kyushu beef intestines, making it irresistible. It pairs wonderfully with vegetables like cabbage, leeks, and burdock, which add texture. In addition to the signature "Miso flavor" offal hot pot, the "Soy sauce flavor," which perfectly balances sweetness and spiciness, and the "Shabu-shabu flavor," made with Rishiri kelp and lightly salted soy sauce broth, are also well-received (a minimum order of two servings is required to start the pot).
