This is an ice cream specialty shop planned by Chef Matsuyama Teruzumi of the Michelin one-star Japanese restaurant "Oryori Matsuyama." They offer additive-free ice cream made from carefully selected ingredients, whipped to incorporate a lot of air, resulting in a rich and creamy flavor with a light and refreshing aftertaste. There are about 20 flavors of ice cream available. The rich "Milk Flavor" is made with Kumamoto Prefecture's Kuroshima milk and Hokkaido cream, while the "Pistachio Flavor" uses a generous amount of Italian pistachios. Additionally, the "Kurosaki Soft Serve," which has a rich texture and won't fall off even when held upside down, and the "Kurosaki Ice Cream Monaka," which features crispy wafers filled with soft and chewy mochi and high-quality ice cream, are also very popular among customers. The shop is designed with a "Japanese style" concept, allowing customers to enjoy refreshing desserts in a tranquil atmosphere filled with warm wooden elements.
