There are high-end inns and resort hotels equipped with cypress wood baths that offer day-use hot spring access. Each accommodation has its own source of hot spring water, allowing guests to enjoy natural geothermal baths in open-air or indoor baths while taking in the beautiful nature of Niseko. The hot spring water is a sodium-calcium chloride and bicarbonate spring that contains sulfur. It is rich in metasilicic acid, which provides excellent moisturizing effects for the skin, and the noticeable hydration after bathing is highly praised. Additionally, the "Niseko Onsen Pass," which allows visitors to tour various hot springs in the Niseko vicinity, is quite popular.
