Located in Furano, central Hokkaido, this tourist farm is famous for its vast and beautiful lavender fields. In addition to the spectacular lavender fields, the farm features the "Colorful Flower Fields," which are made up of vibrant strips of flowers such as purple lavender, white baby’s breath, and red poppies, painting a picturesque scene on the gently rolling slopes. Other attractions include the "Flower Person's Field," where various flowers like pansies and marigolds bloom, and the "Flower Person's Garden," which houses nearly 120 different plant species in a small garden. The farm offers a variety of unique flower fields that captivate all visitors who come to enjoy the blooms. Tomita Farm has a café and restaurant where guests can relax and leisurely immerse themselves in the elegant floral world. Notably, the "Lavender Ice Cream," made with lavender extract, has a refreshing taste that is perfect for enjoying during the hot summer months. The attached shop also sells lavender-related products such as fragrance items and perfumes. Additionally, about 4 kilometers east of the farm, in the Higashi-Naka area, lies Japan's largest lavender field, "Lavender East." This area is only open for one month in July, during the peak viewing season for lavender, showcasing Hokkaido's unique majestic mountain scenery alongside the charming lavender fields, creating a breathtaking sight.
