🗺️ Hokkaido Yushun Park

Located at the "Hokkoku Farm," famous for breeding numerous racehorses, this experiential theme park allows visitors to get closer to nature and horses. The park houses about 80 retired racehorses and mini horses. Activities that allow interaction with the horses include guided horse tours, sightseeing carriage rides, and horseback riding lessons. There are also performances featuring mini horses, exhibitions in the museum and gallery, and visits to the stables, all of which deepen the understanding of horses. In summer, there are fun bicycles and a park golf course, while in winter, activities such as snowmobiles and snow rafting are available, allowing visitors to enjoy nature. The "Botanical Garden," covering approximately 10,000 tsubo, features over a thousand types of flowers and plants themed around the dynamic four seasons, making it a must-visit attraction. Just a 15-minute drive from New Chitose Airport, it’s a convenient spot to visit during a layover.
