📖 Details
Celebrating 65 years of establishment, the beloved soba noodle shop Seian is a local favorite. Using high-quality buckwheat flour from Edanbetsu, Hokkaido, it offers a 80/20 soba noodle made with 80% buckwheat and 20% wheat flour. The delicate soba noodles are handmade every morning, praised for their elastic texture and chewiness.
The most popular dish is the "Tempura Bamboo Sieve Soba" (1550 yen), which features soba served with freshly fried tempura cooked to order. The tempura has a crispy and fragrant texture. Paired with a dipping sauce made from carefully selected bonito flakes, it creates a perfect combination.
Lunch is served until 2 PM, offering "Set A" (990 yen), which includes mini soba dipping noodles or udon, vegetable tempura, a small salad, and white rice, and "Set B" (990 yen), which includes meat tofu, daikon salad, and white rice.
