Located in Biei, Hokkaido, famous for its hilly town, this natural park offers stunning views. The nearby farmland, with its various shades of crops, creates a patchwork-like scenery known as the "Patchwork Road." From the observation deck, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the rolling hills. The Pyramid Observation Deck provides a view of the Tokachidake mountain range, allowing you to experience the unique and magnificent natural landscapes of Hokkaido. In the park, colorful flowers bloom with the seasons, making it a perfect place for leisurely walks amidst the serene rural scenery. The lavender, which blooms in July, is particularly beautiful and attracts many leisure travelers during the summer. In addition to a tourist information center, there are glass workshops and shops in the vicinity. The shops operate from May to October and close for the winter, so please take note of this. Furthermore, the area around the park is agricultural land, with large farming vehicles coming in and out. Please refrain from entering fields outside the park while enjoying the scenery, and be careful not to obstruct the passage of agricultural vehicles.
