🗺️ Roppongi Keyakizaka Street

Roppongi Keyakizaka Street is an east-west road approximately 400 meters long that runs through Roppongi Hills, connecting to the Ring Route 3 and Asahi Television. The gently sloping Keyaki Street is adorned with vibrant flowers blooming in flowerbeds, exuding the essence of the seasons. This road was constructed during the redevelopment of Roppongi 6-chome and was completed in 2003, simultaneously with Roppongi Hills. The wide sidewalks on both sides of the street are lined with luxury global brands and renowned restaurants, allowing visitors to leisurely enjoy shopping or strolling. Along Keyakizaka Street and its parallel "Roppongi Sakura Street," there are several modern art pieces known as "Street Furniture" that can serve as benches or chairs, making them worth a visit. Keyakizaka Street, which offers a direct view of Tokyo Tower, is a popular spot for photography. During the Christmas season, a lighting event features around 800,000 LED lights, enveloping the entire street in enchanting illumination. The view of the illuminated street from the bottom of the slope during the event is particularly beautiful.
