Spanning the Noboribetsu River gorge in Noboribetsu City, Hokkaido, is a 240-meter long vermilion arch bridge. The bridge features an "arch-supported" structure with a graceful curve visible from a distance. It stands about 120 meters above the river surface. The seasonal beauty created by nature, contrasted with the vermilion arch bridge, is truly spectacular. In particular, during autumn, the lacquer trees and red leaves turn fiery red, making the gorge vibrant and colorful. The fresh greenery of summer and the snowy landscape of winter each have their own charm, showcasing different aspects of beauty throughout the seasons. On the west side of the bridge, there is an observation deck that offers a panoramic view of the entire bridge and the distant Pacific Ocean to the southeast, making it a must-visit scenic spot.
