🗺️ Befco Bakauke Observation Room

The Befco Bakauke Observation Room is located on the 31st floor of the Toki Messe, which also houses a conference center and the Niigata Nikko Hotel. At a height of 125 meters above ground, it is the highest observation room on the Sea of Japan side. Visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of Niigata City below, as well as the Sea of Japan and, on clear days, Sado Island and the Goto Mountain Range, offering a stunning 360-degree vista, making it a very popular attraction. The recommended time to visit is during sunset when the sun sinks into the Sea of Japan, creating a breathtakingly dreamlike scene. The night view, which has been selected as a "Japan Night View Heritage," is also stunning, allowing you to gaze at the beautiful nightscape with your loved ones. Inside the observation room, there is the "SKY LOUNGE PANORAMA," where you can enjoy dining or coffee while taking in the vast and magnificent scenery. There is also a shop that features local Niigata products, perfect for picking up souvenirs. Additionally, a service desk is available, allowing visitors to gather sightseeing information before starting their exploration of Niigata. The multifunctional use of the space is another significant feature.
