📝 Introduction
A waterfall located behind Ginzan Onsen Street, with a height difference of 22 meters.
📖 Details
Ginsan Onsen is centered around the Ginsan River, with numerous hot spring inns filled with Taisho romance lining both sides of the river. Walking along the paths set up near the hot spring street leads you to the lush "Shirogane Park." Next to the park entrance are two waterfalls, known as "Shirogane Falls," with a height difference of 22 meters.
You can walk to the lowest point of Shirogane Falls and enjoy a close-up view of the magnificent water splashing down. The refreshing sensation brought by the cascading water is a great place to cool off in the summer. Additionally, there is an observation platform on the opposite bank, allowing you to admire the full view of the waterfall from a distance. Listen to the sound of the flowing water while enjoying a moment of tranquility and healing. A beautiful red bridge, "SEKOTOI Bridge," spans across the waterfall, creating a picturesque scene during the fresh green and autumn foliage seasons.
Shirogane Falls is only about a 5-minute walk from the hot spring street, so if the weather is clear, it's worth visiting after enjoying a soak.
