About Daikanyama Sasarou (代官山 茶々丸)
Easily enjoy the delicious taste of traditional kaiseki cuisine.
Details
The chef trained at "Hikage Chaya," a renowned kaiseki restaurant with a 200-year history in Hayama, and now offers creative kaiseki cuisine here. While kaiseki may often feel unattainably expensive, it also protects the traditions of Washoku, making it a relaxed dining environment (with private rooms available). Dishes featuring fugu, soft-shelled turtle, and monkfish, along with a weekly changing menu centered around fresh fish and vegetables, are all quite reasonably priced.
Highlights
Experience the delicious flavors of fugu (pufferfish), ankou (anglerfish), and turtle meat dishes.
For lunch, we offer a special condensed version of traditional kaiseki cuisine called "Matsu Hanadon."
Additionally, there is an unlimited alcohol package available.
