🎨 Attraction Gallery
📝 Introduction
Offer a variety of farm delicacies using the company's direct-delivery milk.
📖 Details
A vast ranch located at the foot of the majestic Mount Yotei. In the fertile nature of Niseko, where the environment is carefully curated starting from the soil and pasture, dairy cows are raised, and the entire process from raw milk to products is conducted in a consistent manner.
Within the expansive grounds, there are several places where you can enjoy delicious ranch cuisine. In addition to the "Milk Workshop," "Yogurt Workshop," and "Ring Cake Workshop," there is a directly operated restaurant called "PRATIVO," which focuses on "making vegetables more delicious," and a pizza shop called "MANDRIANO," located within the cheese workshop.
In the "Milk Workshop" in the wooden building, there are many simple desserts that showcase the characteristics of the ingredients, with the most popular being the classic dessert "soft serve ice cream." Made with a large amount of fresh raw milk that is freshly squeezed in the morning, it has a rich texture yet a refreshingly light aftertaste. Other desserts made with the signature milk include the "special cream puff," which is filled with a generous amount of fresh cream after ordering, and the "Niseko Cheese Tart," which has a rich flavor of milk and cheese, offering a wide variety of options.
