At the roadside rest area "Michi no Eki TAKUMI no Sato (たくみの里)" in Minakami Town, Gunma Prefecture, you can experience traditional Japanese rural life and culture. In the washi workshop, you can observe the process of making handmade washi paper and even try your hand at paper-making. There is also a direct sales area offering fresh local vegetables, fruits, and handmade processed products.
