A restaurant that embodies the artisan technique of authentic handmade Soba and Udon noodles. With perfectly balanced lighting, the space exudes a calming Japanese ambiance. The carefully selected buckwheat flour is freshly ground in-house using a stone mill, and features various types of Japanese buckwheat. The water used is natural spring water from one of Japan's top 100 famous waters, the Aso Shirakawa water source, and no chemical seasonings are utilized. The most popular dish is the "Kamo Soba" (鴨肉蕎麥麵), which allows you to enjoy the rich aroma and flavor of buckwheat noodles paired with broth prepared using duck fat. Additionally, there's a variety of tempura and dishes made with delicious broth that are highly recommended to enjoy alongside sake.
