📝 Introduction

A place where lovers exchange vows, a lantern that looks great from any angle.

📖 Details

Built in 1921, it is the oldest lighthouse in Aichi Prefecture. Its beautiful pure white silhouette and vintage design with curved lines make it a well-known symbol of the area. The lighthouse is also famous among couples. Next to it, there is a decorative installation shaped like a staff called "Kizuna no Neiro" (絆の音色), where it is said that hanging a padlock here can fulfill romantic wishes, making it a classic spot for couples to make eternal vows. Padlocks and couple certificates, known as "Kizuna Certificates" (絆証明書), can be purchased at the nearby "Dining and Health Hall," which is famous for its salty soft serve ice cream. The view at sunset is particularly enchanting. The sun sinking below the horizon creates a magical moment intertwined with the white-gray lighthouse tower, providing visitors with unforgettable emotional experiences, and it is sure to capture the most photogenic and eye-catching pictures. There are benches nearby where you can sit and fully immerse yourself in the beautiful scenery.
