🗺️ Seibu Chichibu Station Front Onsen Matsuri no Yu

Located in front of Seibu-Chichibu Station, this complex hot spring facility allows visitors to fully enjoy the charm of Chichibu. Chichibu hosts over 300 festivals each year, and this facility is themed around this concept, featuring lanterns hanging throughout the building and portable shrines on display, creating an atmosphere filled with the passion of festivals and traditional Japanese culture. In the open-air bath, guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the famous Mount Bukō in Chichibu, along with natural hot spring water sourced from 2,000 meters underground (after being diluted, heated, and filtered). There are various types of baths including a rock bath and seasonal Hanami-yu (flower viewing bath). The hot spring area also features a variety of unique indoor baths, including carbonated baths and massage pools, as well as private three-temperature suite rooms (available for an additional fee) and relaxing lounge areas. The dining area offers local delicacies such as "Waraji Tonkatsu Don" (pork cutlet rice bowl) and "Miso Potatoes," along with a rich selection of local sake, wine, and craft beer. In the product area, "Chichibu Souvenir Market (ちちぶみやげ市)," a wide array of famous pastries, local specialties, and original products are on display. There is also a merchandise section dedicated to Chichibu's largest local mascot, "Pote-kuma-kun (ポテくまくん)," making it a great place to pick up souvenirs.
